This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which are served from servers operated by Google outside Australia. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is visible to Google. No other information is sent, and no cookie is set by that request. If you would rather this did not happen, we can host the typefaces ourselves on request.
Our other service providers may store data outside Australia. Where that is the case we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Enquiries are kept for [[RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months]] from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records we are legally required to retain, such as financial records, are kept for the period the law requires. Server logs are kept for [[LOG RETENTION, e.g. 30 days]].

This website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Access and correction
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to [[PRIVACY EMAIL]]. We will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for making a request, and we will tell you before incurring any cost in supplying the information.
