Our mission
To power a more sustainable Australia by making solar operations simpler, faster and more connected.
Spectra One began from real solar admin and operations work in Australia. It handles quotes, approvals, rebates, certificates and customer communication, so solar businesses spend less time on paperwork and more time getting systems on roofs.
Trusted by Australian solar businesses

Committed to a cleaner, brighter future
To power a more sustainable Australia by making solar operations simpler, faster and more connected.
A team of solar people, software builders and problem solvers, working together for a cleaner, brighter Australia.
We have done the admin, managed the installs and chased the rebates. That first-hand knowledge shaped every decision in the product.
From STC claims to state-based rebates, the platform is designed around how solar actually works here, not around a system adapted from overseas.
Better tools make better businesses: happier teams, fewer things falling through, and a cleaner grid at the end of it.
Every part of Spectra One answers a problem we hit ourselves.
One installation touched customer details, quotes, product selections, distributor approvals, CES, Solar Victoria rebates, STCs, certificates and handover, spread across spreadsheets, inboxes, group chats and close to ten industry portals. Almost none of it moved on its own.
So documents went missing. CES was chased by whoever happened to remember. Product changes reached the crew late, or not at all. Claim windows closed with the paperwork still open.
Sales worked from one version of a job. Admin worked from another. The installers had a third, and compliance sat outside all of it.
Spectra One keeps the whole job together. Customers, products, documents, approvals, installation, rebates, STCs, certificates and the conversation around them live on a single record, from first enquiry to final handover.
Every stage carries an owner and a date, so nothing waits on someone remembering. Job data fills distributor and Solar Victoria forms directly, so nothing is typed twice and nothing is transcribed wrong.
Sales, operations and the warehouse open the same job and see the same job. One version, current for everyone, whether they are at a desk or on the roof.
The problem was never the people doing the work. It was that the job lived in ten places and belonged to none of them.
A general CRM can track a lead. It cannot tell you that a pre-approval has expired, that panels are promised to another crew, or that a claim window closes on Friday. It was designed to close deals. Solar businesses deliver jobs.
Spectra One is the system we wanted on the days we were doing the work: less chasing, less double handling, fewer things discovered too late, and one clear view of every job.
Book a demo →Spectra One is made for the fortnight between approval and payment. That is where the money and the paperwork go missing.
The things solar businesses actually ask before they switch.
The platform runs anywhere in Australia, and the STC workflow is federal. The distributor and rebate logic is deepest in Victoria, because that is where we built it and where our customers are. If you are in NSW or Queensland, ask us on the call what is ready and what is not. We would rather tell you than surprise you.
It earns its keep somewhere around fifteen jobs a month, when sales, operations and the warehouse stop being the same person. Below that, a shared inbox is cheaper and faster, and we will say so.
No. Invoices, deposits and payments sync across, and the ledger stays where your accountant expects it. Spectra One runs the job, not your accounts.
Yes. The compliance stages are fixed because the schemes are fixed, but your internal stages, document names, crews and branches are shaped to the way you already work.
About a fortnight. We import customers, live jobs, products and pricing and do the mapping; you check it. New jobs start in Spectra One on day one, and jobs already past install finish where they are so nothing gets rekeyed mid-flight.
In Australia. Customer records, job documents and certificates stay onshore, and you can export the lot at any time. It is your data, and leaving should never be the hard part.
Per seat, billed monthly. Job volume is never metered, because charging you more in a busy month for doing the thing the software is for makes no sense. We quote against your actual headcount on the demo call.
Thirty minutes with one of your own jobs on screen, not a slide deck. You bring a job that went badly and we walk it through the platform. If it is not a fit, we will tell you on the call.
