Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major problem, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for the drop in value. If the problem is not major, we are entitled to a reasonable opportunity to fix it. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

- You may cancel at any time with [[NOTICE PERIOD, e.g. 30 days]] notice, effective at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not pro-rate a partial period unless the cancellation is because of a fault on our side.
